Hand Eye Co-ordination

A great example of Hand Eye Co-ordination from Parse from the Kings

Here is the breakdown as to how this happens

A. Movement in Zone- As the puck is moving into a shooting position, Parse starts to close in on the net. He is moving into the rebound which allows him the time for his decision to be made.

B. Hand Eye- As the puck is in the air, he brings his stick back and knocks it out of the air into the net. This ability to do this gives him a great goal.

When was the last time you practiced this skill at your practice?

See you at The RINK when you want to add this skill to your game
